The main responsibilities include participation in all stages of the design process for the company’s projects, collaboration with the team for the implementation of concepts, and managing communication with clients and suppliers for the successful completion of the projects. Key Responsibilities Participation in design projects for the company’s clients (concept design, pre-design, design development, technical drawings) – with an emphasis on interior decoration projects. Collaboration with other team members (team leader, strategic consultants, graphic designers, construction managers) on projects. Description and selection of appropriate materials based on project needs. Understanding client needs and providing targeted solutions. Communication with clients and suppliers for the completion of the project. Qualifications A Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a degree in a related field is a required prerequisite. Good knowledge of ArchiCAD. Knowledge of MS Office. Organizational, administrative, and communication skills. Holder of a driver’s license. Good knowledge of the English & Greek language. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, communicating with customers, performing troubleshooting, and handling customer service requests. Responsibilities Collection, record & update lease agreements, customer data & property information. Receiving complex inquiries from tenants & ensuring guests’ expectations are met upon moving into their new home. Daily scheduling, collaborating, and managing internal and external partners (decoration department, handymen, technicians, carriers, etc.) to ensure operational excellence in properties. Maintaining long-lasting relations with the company’s partners & clients (landlords, agencies, tenants, technicians, etc.). Planning the daily routes of handymen based on the number of stops, location, and type of their tasks assigned, as well as customers’ needs and business priorities.
