The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, communicating with customers, performing troubleshooting, and handling customer service requests. Responsibilities Collection, record & update lease agreements, customer data & property information. Receiving complex inquiries from tenants & ensuring guests’ expectations are met upon moving into their new home. Daily scheduling, collaborating, and managing internal and external partners (decoration department, handymen, technicians, carriers, etc.) to ensure operational excellence in properties. Maintaining long-lasting relations with the company’s partners & clients (landlords, agencies, tenants, technicians, etc.). Planning the daily routes of handymen based on the number of stops, location, and type of their tasks assigned, as well as customers’ needs and business priorities. Qualifications Customer support, satisfaction, and service skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Troubleshooting skills to identify and solve customer problems Ability to work well in a team environment Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards customers Fluent in English and Greek Experience in property management or hospitality is a plus Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality or a related field Excellent knowledge of MS Office Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Benefits Monthly salary upon qualifications, plus bonuses Friendly and challenging working environment. Ζητά να προσλάβει η VIAMAR II ΑΕ , για την υποστήριξή των αναγκών του λογιστηρίου Οι κατάλληλοι υποψήφιοι πρέπει να διαθέτουν: Πτυχίο λογιστικής από ΑΕΙ ή ΤΕΙ Τουλάχιστον 2- 4 χρόνια εμπειρία σε παρόμοια θέση σε οργανωμένο λογιστήριο Πολύ καλή γνώση χρήσης Η/Υ συστημάτων ERP, κατά προτίμηση Soft One, καθώς και MS Office (Excel, Word) Ομαδικό πνεύμα, συνέπεια, επαγγελματισμό και διάθεση για εργασία με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας Κύριες αρμοδιότητες: Λογιστικές εγγραφές καταχωρήσεις κάθε είδους δαπανών σε βιβλία Γ’ Κατηγορίας.
