Environment

We adopt a Responsible Environmental Policy and a sophisticated Environmental Management system with the aim of protecting the environment and combating climate change. With carefully selected distribution channels, modern architectural designs and exemplary support services, the company’s properties attest their environmentally friendly operation, in the context of sustainable development and responsible entrepreneurship. Central control systems (Building Management Systems) are installed both in the hotel accommodations and in numerous apartments that ensure optimal energy consumption and efficiency, while the most up-to-date waste management practices and procedures are applied with an emphasis on recycling.

Society

We support the society in which we operate, diligently attend to our people, provide equal opportunities and always pursue progress and development. Social awareness is not just part of corporate strategy, but an integral part of our corporate culture. In the context of CSR initiatives, numerous collaborations are carried out every year between the Group’s companies and distinguished organizations and bodies known for their important social work.
