Key Responsibilities & Contribution
- Participation in the ritual of hot and cold kitchen preparation, under the guidance of the senior chef.
- Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization of the workstation (mise en place) with precision.
- Strict adherence to the highest hygiene protocols and safety regulations.
- Assisting with the proper management and premium storage of raw materials.
- Supporting the team in the daily operation of the kitchen with professionalism and consistency.
- Applying creative finesse to preparations, following the group’s stringent quality standards.
Essential Qualifications for Selection:
- Previous experience in a similar position or comprehensive culinary arts training.
- Genuine Passion for the evolution of gastronomy and dedication to continuous learning.
- Team spirit, a high sense of responsibility, and organizational precision.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene & safety regulations (HACCP).
- Positive energy and inspiration for gastronomic creation.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages.
