YESTAY DEVELOPMENT: GOLD & SILVER at Interior Awards 2025

At a glittering ceremony celebrating a decade of excellence in design, YESTAY DEVELOPMENT was honored with two major awards at the 10th anniversary of the Interiors Awards. The renowned event, organized by BOUSSIAS Events, showcased the most innovative and creative projects in the field of interior architecture. Standing out among more than 350 entries, YESTAY DEVELOPMENT proved its commitment to architectural innovation and refined aesthetics, receiving a Gold and a Silver award for its exceptional work.

The Awarded Projects

Specifically: A GOLD Award in the category Urban House Developing was awarded to the project “DUAL.” This under-construction duplex in the northern suburbs of Athens impressed the jury with its central concept of duality. The project masterfully creates a harmonious ensemble of two distinct residences—an apartment and a maisonette—through striking contrasts in color, function, and style. “DUAL” was praised for its flexible and sophisticated design that caters to different aesthetic preferences while combining contemporary functional requirements with timeless elegance.

AURA SUITES PAROS received a SILVER Award in the category Hotel Interior. Its design was awarded for bringing to life the journey of the Cycladic wind. Unique textures, graceful curves, and sandy hues create an airy and refreshing atmosphere that highlights the island’s aesthetic. The project seamlessly blends contemporary touches in decor and furnishings with private pools overlooking cosmopolitan Naousa, perfectly meeting the needs of the modern traveler.
