About the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for food & beverage service and a curiosity about hotel operations? Yestay Group is seeking a dynamic and polished Breakfast & Afternoon Service Attendant to join our luxury boutique hotel team.<\/p>\n

This is a unique hybrid role that offers the perfect balance of service and guest relations. You will manage breakfast service in the mornings and transition into supporting our Reception team in the afternoons. This is an excellent opportunity for an F&B professional looking to gain valuable experience in Front Office operations.<\/p>\n

\ud83c\udf05 Morning Responsibilities (Breakfast Service & Guest Assistance):<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Service Excellence: Provide attentive table and room service, ensuring a premium guest experience to start their day.
\n– Area Maintenance: Keep the service area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
\n– Preparation: Assist with the preparation (mise en place) for the next day\u2019s breakfast service.
\n– Guest Support: Assist with groom duties, including handling luggage and guiding guests when needed.<\/p>\n

\u2600\ufe0f Afternoon Responsibilities (Reception Support):<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Guest Welcome: Warmly greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
\n– Communication: Manage guest inquiries via messages and emails (including WhatsApp business).
\n– F&B Support: Provide room service during afternoon hours when required.
\n– Operations: Carry out basic clerical duties to support the Front Office team.
\n– Training: Full training in front desk procedures and systems will be personally provided to ensure your success.<\/p>\n

Who You Are:<\/strong>
\nWe are looking for a candidate who takes pride in their work and enjoys interacting with people from all over the world.<\/p>\n

– Experience: Previous background in Hospitality and F&B is required.
\n– Coffee Skills: Ability to prepare high-quality coffee and beverages.
\n– Communication: Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written).
\n– Organization: Highly organized, quick on your feet, and customer-oriented.
\n– Attitude: Polite, well-groomed, and maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
\n– Team Spirit: A true team player willing to support colleagues across different departments.
\n– Availability: Comfortable working split shifts (Morning & Afternoon blocks).
\n– Bonus: A valid driver\u2019s license is a plus.<\/p>\n
